Simona Antonini obtained a degree in Law from the University of Milan in 1997.
After several years as consultant providing services to companies for participation in public tender and to obtain Quality Certification ISO 9001, Simona joined Norfin SpA in 2001.
Since 2003 she is Company Secretary for all the Italian companies of De Nora Group providing also support to Committees and working with Auditors, Notary and Supervisory Body.
Appointed in 2013 internal member of the Supervisory Body of Industrie De Nora SpA, since 2015 she is also member of the Association of the Supervisory Bodies ex Legislative Decree 231 / 2001.
