Grandson of the Company founder, Oronzio, Federico De Nora has had significant experience both in Switzerland and in the U.S.A. Before taking on the role of Chairman of Industrie De Nora, industrial holding Company of the group, he worked in a number of areas including strategic planning, organization and human resources.
