NORFIN S.P.A. belongs to “Gruppo De Nora” which has grown to a ranking position as leader in the manufacturing of electrodes for electrochemical and electrometallurgical industries and is one of the world leading companies in the field of engineering and supply of electrochemical plants.
Norfin is the financial holding company of Gruppo De Nora. Norfin’s activities include investments in equity securities, bonds and other monetary investments. Effective July 1, 2003 Norfin carried out a demerger of its industrial activities, moved under a " new-co " named Industrie De Nora S.p.A.
The Company is responsible for the financial facilities and factoring within the Group and together with some new settled companies that are responsible for the real estate investments. NORFIN S.P.A. is directly responsible for financial investments and carries on participations in Public Companies.

Member of the Board of Statutory Auditor in mainly of the companies of De Nora Group for few years, he joint Norfin S.p.A. as Managing Director on 2007.

 | Mario CannataDirectorMario Cannata graduated in law& at Rome University "La Sapienza". Just after the graduation he was recruited by ENI- Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi and seconded to Study Department.
Afterword he become judge and operated in such duty in Milan, Rieti and Rome, where he was appointed as Prosecutor ad Tribunal of Rome. He wrote several books mainly in the field of the currency control law. As a member of the Government Commettee for the law over the exchange control, he contributed to update the legislation in such field.
He is the founders of the law firm “Studio Cannata Pierallini e associati”, operating in the fields of Company law, white collars crimes, internal and international arbitration and aviation law. He is Board Member of several Group companies. |

 | Gianfranco MoraDirectorCEO of the industrial holding, Chairman of Uhdenora (the joint-venture with Uhde) and Board Member of various group companies, Gianfranco Mora holds a degree in Political Sciences from the Turin University.
After several years with Fiat/Lancia as Technical Director, he served as General Manager with Farid S.p.A., an ecology-driven Italian company. He was, then, involved in many strategic projects for an international consulting company.
In 1996 he joined Gruppo De Nora where, before reaching present responsibilities, he was in charge of Development of the Business and Human Resources. |
